1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after confirmation, depending on product type and customization requirements.
Customized or bulk orders may take additional time for production and quality checks before dispatch.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Time
Domestic Deliveries (within India): Usually delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
International Deliveries: Typically delivered within 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, customs delays, or courier network issues.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping / Freight charges are extra and applicable on both domestic and international deliveries.
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and courier service rates, and will be displayed at checkout before final payment.
Any customs duties or import taxes applicable in the destination country will be borne by the customer.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp/SMS along with the courier partner details.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress online.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address, pin code, and contact details provided are correct and complete.
Roshienterprises will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
6. Damaged Packages
If your package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately with photos or videos.
We will investigate and assist you accordingly.
